Confidential Diligence
Beyond the comprehensive, confidential diligence we carry out on candidates during a search process, we also help clients understand the quality of the leadership teams they may inherit through acquisitions.
We employ a forensic and confidential diligence process to understand the target company’s leadership style, structure and effectiveness so that our clients can make an informed investment decision pre-deal as well as plan potential leadership transitions post-acquisition.

Onboarding Support
Post appointment, we offer support through the first six months of an individual’s onboarding to ensure they acclimate, successfully transition from their former company’s culture and embrace what might be different in order for them to succeed. Each successful candidate will have detailed feedback from the assessment process so that they can work consciously on their own areas of development relative to the role. This period of onboarding protects our client’s investment in new talent.
